It has been 10 years since the successor to the great Cunard ocean liners, the Queen Mary 2, entered service.
Le Havre Cruise Club is celebrating its anniversary by offering a special welcome to passengers and crew members during their stopover on November 27th. Passengers visiting the information desk were given chocolates in a buoy-shaped container with a commemorative tag.
On the same morning, an official ceremony was held on board, attended by Captain Wells, representatives of Cunard in France, and local authorities.
This is the eighth time Cunard's flagship has called at Le Havre. The elegance of its design, the allure of its history, and Cunard's image of luxury undoubtedly still captivate Le Havre.
