As reported by the newspaper Faro de Vigo today, The Ritz-Carlton Yatch Collection has registered the name Evrima for its first ultra-luxury cruise ship, which is currently being built at the Hijos de J. Barreras shipyards in Vigo.
The company had previously announced that the ship would be called Azora, but problems in registering the name have forced this change. The registration request was made in May and if there is no opposition, it will be awarded on October 17. There are currently no references to Azora on the website of The Ritz-Carlton Y.C. but we did find the name Evrima on the Barreras website.
