Carnival Cruise Line 's Carnival Radiance has welcomed back its passengers in Long Beach after completing a 15-day dry dock stay at the Seaspan shipyard in Victoria, Canada.
Passengers who boarded on Sunday, October 3, were the first to discover the improvements made on board, including the renovation of the Effy jewelry boutique and the updating of different interior spaces and exterior areas of the ship.
The ship has also debuted Carnival's new bow emblem, "From Sea to Shining Sea," which symbolizes the company's deep American spirit and reinforces its positioning as America's Cruise Line.
With the dry dock upgrades now complete, the Carnival Radiance resumes year-round operations from Long Beach, offering a variety of four- and five-day cruises to Baja California and the Mexican Riviera, including stops at destinations such as Ensenada and Catalina Island.
The ship will also offer select 14-day Carnival Journeys sailings to Hawaii.
