Baluma Cruises will no longer represent Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Cruises in Spain

The company will end its role as a commercial representative for both shipping companies, while Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Cruises will directly handle the marketing and management of their products in the Spanish market.

Baluma Cruises will no longer represent Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Cruises in SpainBaluma Cruises will end its commercial relationship as the representative in Spain of Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Cruises, thus closing a stage of collaboration with both shipping companies in the Spanish market.

In a statement addressed to collaborating agencies, Baluma Cruises has confirmed that its commercial representation of Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Cruises in Spain will end on September 30, 2026.

Effective October 1, 2026, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara Cruises will directly manage the marketing and operation of their products in the Spanish market. Celebrity Cruises will contact partner travel agencies to provide information about their new customer service and management channels, as well as to formalize the new commercial framework.

During the transition process, Baluma Cruises will continue to manage all bookings made up to and including September 30, 2026, through the usual teams and channels.

The company expressed its gratitude to the agencies for "the trust and collaboration maintained over these years" and indicated that it will continue to develop its business activity and remain present in the tourism sector, working on new projects.
