Three Royal Caribbean ships will sail in the Asia-Pacific region during the 2027–28 season

Royal Caribbean announced the expansion of its 2027–28 Asia-Pacific season, offering adventurers more ways to explore the region’s vibrant cityscapes and escape to its most sought-after islands on new itineraries departing from Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan.

In Singapore, the inaugural season of Navigator of the Seas It will run through October 2027, featuring vacations to some of the most sought-after destinations in Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand.

Royal Caribbean's new adventures for Asia-Pacific in 2027–28 include: 

NEW – Ovation of the Seas from Brisbane, Australia

Royal Caribbean's 2027-28 summer season in Australia is gaining momentum with the newly expanded Ovation of the Seas offering vacations from Brisbane.

  • Starting in November 2027, Ovation will offer 3- to 8-night adventures with new experiences, including a renovated pool deck featuring Splashaway Bay and private Casitas ; fresh flavors at Izumi Teppanyaki and Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen; the tropical cocktail bar Pesky Parrot, an expanded Casino Royale, and the first Sound Cellar of its kind, a place to dance the night away.
  • From Brisbane, guests can enjoy two 4-night getaways to the Whitsunday Islands for perfect days at the beach right off the coast of Queensland. 

NEW – Voyager of the Seas from Brisbane and Sydney, Australia, as well as Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, Japan

  • From October through December 2027, Voyager will offer seven getaways from Brisbane, ranging in length from 2 to 11 nights, including cruises through the South Pacific to Mystery Island, Port Vila, and Luganville in Vanuatu; and Nouméa and Lifou in New Caledonia, followed by a two-night coastal return voyage to Sydney.
  • Voyager is expanding its Australian season with five new vacations in Sydney, as well as tours through New Zealand’s majestic fjords and iconic landscapes , including a 10-night Christmas vacation that visits Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, and the breathtaking Milford Sound. 
  • From January through April 2028, Voyager of the Seas will be based in Asia, sailing from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo on new adventures throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Guests can enjoy a 5-night cruise from Singapore to Hong Kong or choose from seven 4- and 5-night round-trip getaways from Hong Kong to celebrate the Lunar New Year in style, with itineraries to Ishigaki and Okinawa, Japan, including select overnight stays that offer more time to discover the islands’ natural beauty. Additional itineraries departing from Hong Kong include a visit to the bustling city of Taipei, Taiwan, and Hue/Danang (Chan May), Vietnam.
  • Starting in late February, Voyager’s vacations from Tokyo coincide with Japan’s iconic cherry blossom season, offering guests a prime vantage point to enjoy one of the world’s most breathtaking natural spectacles. Vacationers can choose from four immersive 10- to 12-night adventures that combine the beauty of the season with unforgettable discoveries throughout Japan, including the cityscapes of Osaka and Nagasaki and the breathtaking mountain views in Kobe and Mount Fuji (Shimizu).

EXTENDED SEASON – Navigator of the Seas fromSingapore

Royal Caribbean is extending the Singapore season for the Navigator of the Seas, offering vacationers from across Asia a full year to experience one of the world's most adventurous vacations from Singapore.

  • Following the ship's inaugural season in Asia, Navigator will be based in the region year-round, from October 2026 through October 2027, offering more opportunities than ever to explore Southeast Asia.
  • Navigator will offer a year-round lineup of 2- to 5-night getaways to some of Southeast Asia’s most sought-after destinations in Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand, along with a 12-night immersive trip from Tokyo to Singapore.

Bookings for the Navigator and Ovation will open on August 18. Bookings for the Voyager will open on August 25.
