RWS Global, a world leader in creating live experiences for the entertainment and sports industries, has established a new partnership with Silversea, the leading brand in experiential and expedition luxury travel, to manage entertainment operations aboard the Silver Shadow and Silver Whisper.
This partnership marks the beginning of a strategic relationship between the two companies and reflects their shared commitment to providing exceptional experiences for guests through a world-class entertainment program designed specifically for Silversea’s traveler profile.
Drawing on its extensive experience in producing Broadway-quality shows both at sea and on land, RWS Global will be responsible for selecting and hiring artistic talent, creative casting, preparing and managing performers and musicians, technical operations, and staging the shows aboard two of the cruise line’s classic ships: the Silver Shadow and the Silver Whisper. It will also handle the hiring, payroll management, and day-to-day coordination of performers, musicians, and technical staff. Rehearsals will take place at RWS Global’s studios in New York before the first cast embarks in October.
RWS Global’s Creative Casting division, led by Ryan Saab, will oversee the selection and onboarding of artists, musicians, and technical staff who will participate in the entertainment programming. The team will work to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience that complements the high standards that define Silversea.
