Marella Cruises presents the headlining artists for its exclusive adults-only themed cruise, “Electric Sunsets: 80s vs. 90s,” which will feature performances by legendary pop star Tiffany, Claire Richards (of STEPS), and Martin Kemp. The cruise will set sail in April 2027 and promises to be the ultimate musical showdown between two of the most iconic decades in music.
Singer Tiffany, known for her UK number-one hit “I Think We’re Alone Now,” will be one of the main highlights of the tour. She is also remembered for becoming the youngest woman to reach number one on the Billboard chart with her debut album.
Claire Richards, a member of STEPS—one of the most successful British groups of all time—will also perform on board. Passengers will be able to enjoy some of her biggest hits, such as “Tragedy,” “Stomp,” “Better The Devil You Know,” and “One for Sorrow.”
For his part, Martin Kemp will host a special live DJ set, transporting travelers back to the 1980s with Spandau Ballet classics, including “True” and “Gold.”
Now in its sixth year, the "Electric Sunsets: 80s vs. 90s" themed cruise will allow passengers to relive some of the biggest hits from both decades. The lineup will also feature the popular DJ SASH!.
Designed for fans of 1980s and 1990s music, this three-night themed cruise—exclusively for adults and aboard the Marella Discovery—will take place from Wednesday, April 28, to Saturday, May 1, 2027.
The itinerary will depart from Palma de Mallorca, make stops in Valencia and Ibiza, and end back in Palma.
