Fincantieri will build a new ship for Four Seasons Yachts

Fincantieri has signed a contract with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD, co-owner and joint operator of Four Seasons Yachts, for the construction of a third ultra-luxury hospitality vessel, further strengthening the long-standing collaboration between the two companies and confirming Fincantieri's leadership in the high-end hospitality segment.

CN71The value of this agreement, subject to obtaining financing and other customary conditions, is considered substantial.

The new ship is scheduled for delivery in 2031 and will be the third in a new class of ultra-luxury hospitality vessels designed and built by Fincantieri at its Ancona shipyard. This order confirms the success of a pioneering program that is redefining hospitality at sea. Following the successful delivery earlier this year of the Four Seasons I —the first ship conceived under Fincantieri’s Navis Sapiens vision—and the construction of a second ship slated to enter service in early 2028, this new order further solidifies the long-standing partnership between Fincantieri and Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD, and reflects the growing demand for a new category of fully personalized luxury travel experiences.

The new ship will maintain the same all-suite concept, with a residential-style design that has characterized the first unit of this class. Measuring 207 meters in length and approximately 34,000 gross registered tons (GT), it will feature suites designed to maximize guests' connection with the ocean through spacious terraces and open-air living spaces.

Pierroberto Folgiero, CEO and Managing Director of Fincantieri, stated:“This new order represents another significant step in the development of our collaboration with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD, an alliance that has become a benchmark for innovation in luxury hospitality at sea. The decision to expand the fleet with a third vessel reflects the strength of a long-term industrial vision and confirms the excellent market reception of a concept that has successfully created a new segment at the intersection of luxury hospitality and cutting-edge shipbuilding. Designed and built at our Ancona shipyard, this vessel further reinforces Ancona’s role as Fincantieri’s center of excellence for the construction of ultra-luxury vessels, where innovation, craftsmanship, and industrial expertise come together to deliver the highest standards of quality and sophistication.”
