Fincantieri has signed a contract with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD, co-owner and joint operator of Four Seasons Yachts, for the construction of a third ultra-luxury hospitality vessel, further strengthening the long-standing partnership between the two companies and confirming Fincantieri’s leadership in the high-end hospitality segment.
The value of this agreement, subject to securing financing and other standard conditions, is considered substantial.
The new ship is scheduled for delivery in 2031 and will be the third vessel in a new class of ultra-luxury hospitality ships designed and built by Fincantieri at its shipyard in Ancona. This order confirms the success of a pioneering program that is redefining hospitality at sea. Following the successful delivery earlier this year of the Four Seasons I —the first ship conceived under Fincantieri’s Navis Sapiens vision—and the construction of a second ship scheduled to enter service in early 2028, this new order further strengthens the long-standing partnership between Fincantieri and Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD, while also reflecting the growing demand for a new category of fully personalized luxury travel experiences.
The new ship will retain the same all-suite concept, featuring the residential-style design that has characterized the first ship in this class. Measuring 207 meters in length and weighing approximately 34,000 gross tons (GT), it will feature suites designed to maximize guests’ connection to the ocean through spacious terraces and open-air outdoor spaces.
