The restaurant combines gastronomy, design, music, and live cooking to create a multisensory experience that invites guests on a vibrant culinary journey inspired by the flavors, sights, and sounds of Southeast Asia, drawing on the energy of the bustling street markets of Indonesia, Singapore, southern China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
With aromatic Singapore-style shrimp, fried rice with shiitake mushrooms, and flavorful specialties cooked over an open flame, the experience unfolds against a backdrop of immersive décor, eye-catching artwork, a carefully curated soundtrack, and the energy of the live kitchen; every element is designed to awaken the senses and transport passengers to the heart of Southeast Asia’s vibrant culinary scene.

Diners can choose from a curated selection of iconic Asian bottled beers, such as Tsingtao, Chang, and Bintang, along with a menu of delicious bubble teas, freshly made smoothies, and vibrant fruit juices.
