With departures on Thursdays and Saturdays in May aboard the MSC Seashore and the MSC Magnifica
Following the commitment that the shipping company MSC Cruises has with the Port Authority of Valencia, as well as with the city, with an uninterrupted relationship of more than 18 years, MSC Cruises will offer two weekly departures from Valencia in the summer season, from this April until October, with cruises on board the ships MSC Magnifica and MSC Seashore, which will carry out itineraries through the Western Mediterranean.
Since 2005, the year the company began operating in the port of Valencia, MSC Cruises has significantly strengthened its presence in the city, which is a gateway to the Mediterranean and one of the main destinations for MSC Cruises ships.
The MSC Seashore has already arrived at the Port of Valencia, after its season in the Caribbean and Antilles, to now begin its summer season in Valencia, from where embarkations will be made all summer on an itinerary through the Mediterranean that will make stops in Marseille, France; Genoa, Civitavecchia (Rome), Naples and Palermo, Italy; and Ibiza.
The MSC Magnifica will arrive in May to offer cruises in the Western Mediterranean, with itineraries visiting Tarragona, Spain; Toulon, France; Genoa, Civitavecchia and Livorno, Italy.
All-Inclusive Cruises
For the month of May, the company offers the following itineraries:
- From Provence to the Colosseum, aboard the MSC Magnifica, visiting Tarragona, Toulon, Genoa, Civitavecchia, Livorno and returning to Valencia.
- Capitals and islands, an 8-day cruise aboard the MSC Seashore, visiting Marseille, Genoa, Civitavecchia, Palermo and Ibiza, before returning to Valencia
- Spain, France and Italy All Inclusive, 8 days on board the MSC Magnifica visiting Tarragona, Toulon, Genoa, Civitavecchia and Livorno, with return to Valencia.
- 5-day Spain, France and Italy tour aboard the MSC Magnifica visiting Tarragona, Toulon, Genoa and disembarking in Civitavecchia.
- France, Italy and Spain All Inclusive, 8 days on board the MSC Seashore, visiting Marseille, Genoa, Civitavecchia, Palermo, Ibiza and disembarking at the port of Valencia.
Furthermore, to facilitate boarding for passengers from other Spanish cities at the Port of Valencia, the cruise line offers a free bus service to transport them to the city. All passengers embarking on the MSC Seashore every Saturday can enjoy a free bus transfer from Madrid, Murcia, and Alicante. For passengers embarking on the MSC Magnifica every Thursday, this service covers the cities of Cartagena, Almería, Madrid, Murcia, and Alicante.
In addition to transfers from various points on the peninsula for embarkation and disembarkation, some of the offered itineraries feature an all-inclusive onboard package, thus completing the details of your summer vacation.
The 339-meter-long MSC Seashore boasts some of the most advanced environmental technologies available today, reducing sulfur oxide (SOx) emissions by 98% and nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions by 90%. It also features a wide range of energy-saving equipment, such as smart heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, to maximize efficiency. And it has an advanced wastewater treatment system.
The MSC Magnifica, a Musica-class ship measuring 293 meters in length, offers a luxurious spa, an outdoor pool complex, and an indoor pool with a retractable roof, as well as facilities for playing tennis, mini-golf, bowling, and billiards. Guests can also jog on a track and work out in a state-of-the-art gym. Five gourmet restaurants serve cuisine from around the world for passengers in its 1,259 cabins.
