Costa Cruises has launched a comprehensive onboard experimentation program, due to increased demand and the fact that there are new professionals in travel agencies after the pandemic.

With this program, Travel Agents will be able to experience Costa's new product firsthand, experiencing all the new features implemented on board, from fine dining to entertainment and excursions.
Travel agents will be able to perfectly explain to their clients both the new creations that Ángel León, our Chef of the Sea, and two other Michelin-starred chefs prepare for the daily cruise menus, and the new onboard restaurants such as Archipelago (run by the three-Michelin-starred chefs), Sushino, Teppanyaki, Steak House, Hot Pot, and many others. They can also highlight the spectacular new simultaneous musical performances in various locations throughout the ship, and the new excursions, longer than ever before, revealing authentic hidden gems thanks to this product immersion initiative.
This program is being relaunched free of charge for agents from both consortiums and independent agencies. Across 18 departures between October and November, they will be able to enjoy and experience all these new onboard features.
Also, expanding the range of itineraries, during 40 departures between the beginning of October 2022 and the end of January 2023, Travel Agents who wish to do so will be able to experience these new features by booking their cabin with a companion, paying only the embarkation fees, onboard service fee and port access fees.
“At Costa Cruises, we want to continue investing in ensuring that Travel Agents, our strategic partners, have an increasingly deeper and more direct understanding of Costa's great product, especially now that we are launching so many innovative initiatives that represent another important added value for the consumer,” said Jorge Serrano, Commercial Director of Costa Cruises for Spain and Portugal.
