Four Seasons joins forces with prominent businessmen Nadim Ashi and Philip Levine, along with Fincantieri, to build its first ship, with delivery expected by the end of 2025. The order, announced last July, includes an option for two additional ships and is valued at approximately 1.2 billion euros.

The first Four Seasons yacht will be marked by bespoke craftsmanship, personalized service and dedication to excellence, attracting the most discerning guests who seek to reimagine their love of travel by experiencing the splendor of modern maritime travel.
“Four Seasons Yachts represents the next chapter in our story, and a pivotal moment for our company as we continue to seize new opportunities to expand the Four Seasons world,” says Christian Clerc, President of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “Together with our partners at Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD, we are creating something extraordinary that combines their expertise with what Four Seasons does best: delivering unparalleled quality and excellence, surrounded by beautiful acts of service and a genuine love for our guests.”
With its maiden voyage planned for late 2025, the first Four Seasons vessel will be 207 meters long and 27 meters wide, with 14 decks. The inaugural Four Seasons yacht will offer nearly 50 percent more space per guest than the current model, providing maximum privacy, flexibility, and spaciousness in a nautical residential suite environment.
Veteran luxury travel expert Larry Pimentel is leading the new venture. “In collaboration with Four Seasons, we are creating a new category of luxury travel that appeals to the most discerning clients. We are bringing together the best in the industry to create a world-class yacht offering through design, experiences, and truly exceptional service,” says Pimentel. “When we launch in 2025, there will be nothing else like it at sea. Our shipbuilding partnership with Fincantieri completes a triumvirate of industry leaders in this unprecedented luxury lifestyle project.”
The ship's 95 spacious accommodations will feature a network of suite combinations that can be joined together to create adaptable, villa-like residences. Each suite will offer floor-to-ceiling windows providing natural light and access to expansive terraces. The combination of generous indoor and outdoor private space for guests and ceiling heights of over 2.4 meters will achieve a new level of comfort.
The suites will feature an average of 54 square meters of combined indoor and outdoor space, designed to be an integral part of each room. The largest residence, the “Funnel Suite,” will offer over 892 square meters of combined indoor/outdoor space, including a private pool and spa area, creating a home with ocean views away from home.
World-renowned design partners have been brought on board, including Tillberg Design, the lead architect responsible for the exterior design and guest suites, and Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, for the design of many of the yacht's guest areas. These design partners will join Prosper Assouline's creative direction team.
The ship's restaurants, lounges, and bar concepts will celebrate the excellence and creativity that have been the hallmark of Four Seasons' history in terms of culinary innovation and attention to guest preferences.
The Four Seasons Yacht will also offer guests a full-service spa, beauty salon, and wellness programs, ranging from fitness to health and nutrition. The classic canoe-shaped stern will house a spacious pool deck, perfect for leisure and relaxation. This area can also be transformed into an open-air cinema or a space for private events. The elegant transverse marina is also an ideal place for guests to enjoy the water, sunbathe, or explore the water sports facilities.
The experience aboard the yacht will be directed and attended by a specialized team from Four Seasons Yacht to bring to life the itinerary and destinations of each trip.
The first ship in the Four Seasons Yachts fleet to be built in the next five years is being designed in Trieste, Italy, by Fincantieri.
