Beginning March 26, 2022, the SeaDream I yacht will undergo a refurbishment, following the modernization of the SeaDream II completed in January 2022. “This project represents a total investment of over $10 million and reflects SeaDream’s ongoing commitment to the comfort and convenience of our guests,” says Andreas Brynestad of SeaDream Yacht Club. “In these unprecedented times, as the travel industry navigates the COVID-19 pandemic, we have spared no expense in our mission to deliver a superior guest experience.”
The SeaDream Yacht Club's twin 56-cabin yachts are highly regarded for their five-star service, award-winning cuisine, and intimate onboard ambiance, with all activities offered outdoors. The renovation project encompasses numerous improvements, with each upgrade designed to align with the desires of today's luxury traveler. Under the guidance of renowned European architects and designers, these meticulous renovations provide guests with state-of-the-art technology, enhanced and functional cabin space, and luxurious lounge areas on every deck.
Some of the improvements include:
– Complete refurbishment of all cabins, with the installation of new hardware, furnishings, and storage areas, providing a more comfortable and functional space.
– State-of-the-art electrical upgrades in all cabins, including USB/USB-C charging ports, Wi-Fi, and sensor-activated lighting.
– New 55-inch LED televisions in all cabins offering a wide selection of movies, TV channels, and an infotainment system.
– Burmese teak flooring throughout the exterior decks, reflecting a centuries-old tradition of durability and luxury on yachts.
– New Balinese Dream beds and sun loungers, upholstered in Italian Loro Piana® cushions and cushions, and bespoke Italian Frette® towels.
– New TUUCI® designer parasols and sun loungers throughout the exterior decks.
– Elegant finishing touches are provided by exquisite crystal details, silver ice buckets, embroidered silk pajamas, and GIOBAGNARA serving trays.
– Two new couples' jacuzzis on Deck 6, offering 360-degree views. Two new outdoor rain showers, perfect for cooling off after sunbathing.
