On Sunday, the Cruise Workshop, entitled "Cartagena Takes You on a Cruise," concluded at the EL Batel exhibition hall. The event brought together MSC Cruises, Costa Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Princess Cruises, and Cunard, represented by Mundomar Cruises, to directly inform consumers about industry news and new itineraries.
The event, organized by the Cartagena port authority, with the collaboration of ITrem and the Cartagena City Council, has been designed and coordinated by CruisesNews Media Group.
The organizers of this event aimed to stimulate the recovery of the cruise industry, which has been so badly damaged during this crisis, and to support travel agents in the Murcia region. This format is a first in Spain, and the port authority will consider holding it regularly at the request of the attendees themselves.
On Sunday, the participation record was broken for an event that culminates with the raffle of 3 cruises for two people, one from Royal Caribbean, another from MSC and another from Costa Cruises, which will be raffled this week by the port authority.
Attendees from all over the Murcia region greatly appreciated being able to speak directly with cruise lines, have all the information available firsthand, receive discounts, and participate in the raffle.
