Holland America Line has appointed Kacy Cole as its new Vice President of Marketing and E-commerce. Cole brings more than 20 years of global experience to the cruise industry, leading marketing functions, implementing digital transformation, and integrating brand and performance marketing to drive growth. She will report to Beth Bodensteiner, Chief Commercial Officer of Holland America Line.
As Vice President of Marketing and E-commerce, Cole will leverage her extensive digital marketing expertise to work closely with teams across the organization to refine Holland America Line’s strategic approach and enhance the customer experience. Cole will develop improved strategies for everything from marketing at every stage of the booking process and branded content to passenger service initiatives and innovations across company-owned channels, including hollandamerica.com. With a customer-centric focus, Cole will develop digital solutions that better serve the passenger experience across all brand touchpoints.

Prior to joining Holland America Line, Cole was senior vice president of marketing at the digital platform LTK (formerly Rewardstyle + Liketoknow.it), where she was responsible for global marketing functions. Throughout her career, Cole has held various leadership positions in integrated marketing, e-commerce, and consumer marketing for companies such as T-Mobile, Butter London, and Tommy Bahama.
