Celebrity Cruises has announced several changes for 2023, most notably its route to Canada aboard the newly refurbished Celebrity Summit®. From August to October 2023, the Celebrity Summit will take guests on 11-night itineraries departing from Boston, allowing them to experience the beautiful waning summers of the Northeast, followed by the stunning autumn scenery of New England. The sailings will then continue along the East Coast, visiting Maine, including the new port of Rockland, before arriving in Canada, where guests will enjoy French flavors and the culture of the national capital while spending the night in Quebec City.
Before heading north, Celebrity Summit will also embark on seven-, nine-, and ten-night East Coast itineraries with a stop in Bermuda. Departing from Cape Liberty, New Jersey, guests will sail on a historical journey encompassing British history in Bermuda, Civil War-era Charleston, and Gilded Age mansions in Newport. Additionally, for the first time in nearly two decades, Celebrity Cruises will visit Martha's Vineyard. Accessible only by air and ship, guests will experience the quaint charm of Martha's Vineyard as they explore beautiful beaches, charming port towns, and picture-postcard lighthouses.
After sailing to Bermuda, the ship will offer two 12-night itineraries in August 2023 departing from Cape Liberty, New Jersey and Reykjavik, to Iceland and Greenland, giving guests the opportunity to visit four countries, including three ports in Iceland. They can enjoy Iceland's world-famous hot springs, visit stunning waterfalls, kayak, or even go whale watching, among other wonderful activities.
Celebrity Cruises is offering its guests South American itineraries for 2023. Endless wild and picturesque beaches, unique natural landscapes, and breathtaking glaciers are just some of the wonders travelers will experience when Celebrity Cruises returns to South America. Aboard the luxurious Celebrity Eclipse, they will enjoy adventures visiting 16 destinations on a 14-night Antarctic cruise or a 12-night voyage through Argentina and Patagonia.
Guests can tick some incredible destinations off their travel bucket list, such as Valparaíso, Chile; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and even the tip of Antarctica. They can get up close to Chile's Osorno Volcano, go whale watching at El Doradillo Beach in Argentina, attend a tango show, or surf the beautiful beaches of Montevideo, Uruguay. Those wishing to visit Machu Picchu can embark on a 16-night cruise from Los Angeles to Chile, including two nights in Lima, Peru. With eight destinations in six countries, and no more than two consecutive days at sea, these 16-day departures are sure to provide guests with one of the most memorable and exotic vacations ever.
