With a Michelin-starred chef, one of the world's most famous interior designers, and cuisine and cocktails inspired by different parts of the planet, the culinary experience aboard Celebrity Cruises' latest ship, Celebrity Beyond, will be "unparalleled," as announced by Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, the company's president and CEO.
The third ship in the "new luxury" Edge series, Celebrity Beyond stands 17 decks high and 21 meters taller than its innovative predecessors in the Celebrity Edge class
In presenting Celebrity Beyond's new dining experience, Lutoff-Perlo also announced a series of synergies and collaborations that only confirm that the new luxury ship can be considered the most exciting culinary experience at sea; an alliance with the brilliant, two-Michelin-starred Daniel Boulud, a spectacular collaboration with interior designer Nate Berkus, and a new concept with the alcohol industry giants, Diageo.
What passengers can expect:
• World-renowned chef Daniel Boulud, Celebrity's Global Culinary Ambassador, has created his first signature restaurant at sea, Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud, inspired by a passion for travel.
• Distinguished interior designer Nate Berkus has created a sprawling, internationally inspired space called Sunset Bar.
• Complementing Celebrity Cruises' world-renowned wine collection, a new partnership with Diageo will feature expert mixologists ready to cater to guests of all tastes at the World Class Bar.
• Celebrity Cruises' signature spaces are expanding to include new menu offerings: Cyprus Restaurant, Rooftop Gardens, Rooftop Grill, al Bacio Café, and the Mast Bar.

In total, passengers will be able to enjoy 32 food and beverage experiences on board Celebrity Beyond, including 15 restaurants, 5 cafes and 12 bars and lounges.
Le Voyage, created by chef Daniel Boulud, is his first exclusive restaurant at sea, where flavors inspired by the world will be infused into its menus, transporting guests to the very places that inspired each dish.
Renowned interior designer Nate Berkus has continued his association with Celebrity Cruises, designing the world-inspired, two-story Sunset Bar at the stern of Celebrity Beyond.
Celebrity Beyond's World Class Bar will feature expert mixologists who will create cocktails by blending flavors, textures, colors, and aromas to suit all tastes, while putting on a show as they prepare it.
The Cyrus restaurant, inspired by Aphrodite. Celebrity Cruises' heritage is deeply rooted in Greece, having been founded by a Greek family in 1988, with 70% of the fleet's current marine officers hailing from the country. In a nod to this ongoing tradition, Celebrity has collaborated with Chicago-based interior design firm Simeone Deary to give its Cyprus restaurant a fresh new look.
The acclaimed British interior designer Kelly Hoppen CBE has been chosen to bring a fresh, luxurious new aesthetic to several venues aboard Celebrity Beyond, including the Rooftop Garden's Rooftop Grill, the inviting plaza-inspired Café al Bacio, and the popular Mast Bar on the ship's resort deck. All three spaces have been expanded and renovated with an upscale, resort-like feel.
