Swan Hellenic has announced that V.Ships Leisure, along with its sister brand Oceanic, will manage and provide hotel services on its next three cultural expedition cruises. Swan Hellenic's project to revive the iconic brand has been supported by V.Ships Leisure from the outset, with its team already at the Helsinki shipyard overseeing the construction of the Swan Hellenic fleet to ensure its rigorous standards are implemented on every vessel.
This expanded service agreement gives Swan Hellenic access to top-tier mariners worldwide. With tailored training capabilities for hospitality and technical crew, V.Ships Leisure & Oceanic will support the development of Swan Hellenic's onboard teams to ensure passenger safety and satisfaction throughout their voyages. Furthermore, Swan Hellenic can now leverage Oceanic's Hospitality Training Center to refine its onboard service and experience before the completion of its vessels. V.Ships Leisure's bridge and engine simulators will also be used to train marine and technical crew, in line with Swan Hellenic's commitment to always providing a safe and secure environment for passengers. This comprehensive training will be complemented by V.Ships Leisure's eLearning platform, which promotes continuous learning and development at each sailor's own pace.
