Oceania Cruises has announced that it will resume cruise operations with three additional ships, Riviera, Insignia and Sirena, between October 2021 and January 2022:
- The Riviera will depart from Istanbul on October 18, 2021, and sail a series of Mediterranean voyages before beginning a series of Caribbean voyages in the winter of 2021-2022 from Miami.
- The Insignia will resume its voyages with a trip to the Panama Canal from Miami on December 21, 2021, before embarking on a 180-day round-the-world cruise from Los Angeles to New York.
- The Sirena will begin sailing on January 22, 2022, on a Caribbean voyage from Miami to Panama City.
“This is an exciting time for both our guests and crews as we begin preparing three more ships to resume sailing in Europe, the Caribbean, and the highly anticipated start of our epic 180 Days Around the World voyage in 2022,” said Bob Binder, President and CEO of Oceania Cruises.
Each ship's itinerary will continue to be evaluated based on port availability and may be adjusted closer to departure dates. Regatta and Nautica restart dates will be announced at a later date.
All Oceania Cruises voyages, until further notice, will sail with the requirement that 100% of guests and crew are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to ensure the health and safety of everyone on board the ships, as well as on land in the communities visited.
