Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has confirmed the cancellation of all cruises until the end of June 2021 due to current restrictions in England as a result of the pandemic. The company had planned to resume sailing on May 22, and the postponement will affect 14 departures.
All affected guests will be offered a range of options, including a refund or additional credit for future cruises.
Peter Deer, Managing Director of Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines, said: “We are constantly reviewing our return-to-service dates in line with the latest government guidance and working closely with CLIA and other industry bodies to get back to sailing. This additional time gives us the opportunity to fully understand how the rollout of the vaccine affects the procedures we apply onboard and ashore.”.
