As cruise guests dream of their next cruise vacation, Princess Cruises introduces its new “Princess Promise” Program, offering greater peace of mind during their vacation.

Over the years, Princess Cruises guests have enjoyed warm and friendly service in an elegant and comfortable setting. Princess Cruises crew members provide exceptional service, and with the new MedallionClass technology, they offer a more personalized experience to ensure an unforgettable vacation. Reaffirming the cruise line's already strong commitment to service, the new Princess Promise Program assures guests that Princess Cruises will "make things right" during any onboard service, not just through onboard credits, future cruise credits, or refunds.
Princess Cruises is also expanding its "Book with Confidence" policy, which now allows guests the flexibility to change their vacation plans up to 30 days before departure, receiving the corresponding cancellation fee as a future cruise credit. This flexible booking option is available for any cruise booking made through March 2, 2021, for all cruises departing through October 31, 2021.
“At this time of year, we all dream of our next cruise vacation to enjoy new places, people, and cultures,” said Deanna Austin, Chief Commercial Officer of Princess Cruises. “When we sail again, our guests will be able to enjoy a great cruise vacation and the flexibility to adjust their reservations if their plans change.”
For added peace of mind, Princess Cruises also offers its Princess Vacation Protection program, an insurance policy that provides comprehensive vacation protection in the form of a future credit or refund of cancellation expenses, which are normally non-refundable, depending on the reason for cancellation. This program also covers guests during their cruise, including protection for lost or damaged baggage, emergency medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip interruption coverage that provides a pro-rata refund if illness interrupts the cruise, in addition to any extra costs associated with delays or trip interruptions.
According to Mundomar Cruceros, the exclusive representative of Princess Cruises for the Spanish and Portuguese markets and preferred agent in Mexico, Princess Cruises is currently enhancing its health and safety protocols with input from global health leaders in response to COVID-19 and assessing how these may affect future itineraries.
