The company offers customers whose reservations are affected the possibility of modifying their reservation free of charge with an incentive of up to 10% of the total amount of their original reservation, a future cruise credit with an incentive of up to 10% of the total value of their reservation, or cancellation of their reservation receiving a full refund.

Understanding the current uncertainty surrounding travel restrictions, Marella Cruises is offering greater flexibility to customers with winter cruise bookings. Passengers with reservations to sail between December 17, 2020, and March 31, 2021, can modify their booking free of charge up to 21 days before departure.
