Ponant welcomes its twelfth ship, Le Jacques Cartier, to Norway, completing the company's fleet of expedition yachts. This is the sixth ship delivered in the last two years. With a capacity of only 184 passengers, Le Jacques Cartier offers the same elegant style as its sister ships.
Le Jacques-Cartier combines the desire for adventure with five-star travel. A modern ship with sleek, tapered lines, it is environmentally conscious and equipped with innovative technology. Featuring a fleet of Zodiac boats to take passengers ashore and an innovative underwater lounge on the lower decks, Le Jacques-Cartier offers a wealth of wonders. The ship boasts 94 cabins, divided into eight basic cabin and suite categories.
A stern marina platform serves as a launch point for Zodiac boats and water sports activities. Le Jacques Cartier also features an onboard spa, lounge, and gym.
Le Jacques Cartier, like its sister ship Le Bellot, will explore the Baltic, Iceland, the British Isles and the western coast of Europe.
