Existing bookings for any cruise with a departure date up to May 31, 2020, can be exchanged for any cruise within the Spring/Summer 2020 season. If there is any difference in the fare for the season, year, and/or cabin category or additional services, the price will be recalculated according to the fares valid for the chosen departure.
New bookings made between April 20 and June 1, 2020 for travel in July, August, September or October, may be cancelled or postponed up to 21 days before the departure date without penalty, excluding management fees and other additional services (flights, visas, etc.).
New bookings for travel in December and January can be cancelled or postponed until September 1, 2020 without penalty, excluding management fees and other additional services (flights, visas, etc.).
These measures do not apply to group and/or charter bookings; each case will be reviewed individually. Crucemundo is confident that these measures will help you book future trips.
