Madrid, April 27, 2018 – The Zenith , a Pullmantur Cruises ship – the only cruise line on the market that brings the Spanish lifestyle to the cruise experience – will dock this Saturday (April 28) in the Port of Vigo, arriving from Lisbon. During the stopover, approximately 700 passengers will embark on the 'Southern to Northern European' route, which will conclude in Rostock, Germany, on May 5. They will join the guests beginning their journey today in the Portuguese capital and enjoying the charms of Vigo.
According to Pullmantur Cruises President & CEO Richard J. Vogel, Vigo is “a strategic stop on our journey to northern Europe, both because of its location – very close to Portugal and northern Spain – and because of the port's proximity to the city, an added value for our guests as it contributes to their comfort.”
After its stop in the Galician port (the only Spanish port the ship will visit on this route), the Zenith will begin its voyage to northern Europe, where it will operate the 'Northern Fjords' and 'Baltic Capitals' routes until next September.
During the journey, it will stop in Cherbourg (France), Dover (London), Ijmuiden (Amsterdam) and the German cities of Kiel and Rostock, where this seven-night voyage will conclude.
