CLIA Spain, the Spanish branch of the Cruise Lines International Association, has strengthened its membership program for travel agents in Spain with the launch of Cruise Experts to all travel agencies in the country. This specialized cruise training program also allows participation in a genuine community of travel agencies dedicated to selling cruises.
This innovative program allows travel agents to become accredited by the association itself. Cruise Experts offers a wide range of resources in one place that agents can use daily to become cruise experts, increase the number of people who choose a cruise for their vacation, and provide them with the best advice for travelers.
Cruise Experts was previously launched in Spain in March 2016 through an agreement with B the travel Brand. Following its success, CLIA has decided to extend the platform to other Spanish travel agencies that can benefit from its numerous advantages for increasing cruise sales. It is a well -established tool in countries such as the United States and the United Kingdom, also available in Ireland, France, New Zealand, and Australia, and has already reached more than 50,000 travel agents worldwide.
