The President & CEO of the Pullmantur Group, Jorge Vilches, together with the renowned chef Paco Roncero, presented yesterday the new menu that passengers traveling on board Pullmantur Cruises this season will enjoy in its restaurants.

According to Paco Roncero, in designing this menu – based on the Mediterranean diet – he wanted to “combine tradition and modern cuisine through different recipes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. A selection and combination of the best products from the garden, the sea, and the mountains,” he adds.
Meanwhile, Jorge Vilches took the opportunity to thank Roncero for his work with the chefs of Pullmantur Cruises and reiterated once again the shipping company's commitment to quality and the passenger, who is at the center of the shipping company's strategy.
Likewise, Vilches unveiled the main new offerings from Pullmantur Cruises for the 2017 season: 'Greek Islands' and 'Venetian Rondo', with average stopovers of around 10 hours; 'Caribbean Islands', the only itinerary through the Eastern Caribbean Sea with a local atmosphere; and 'Seabreak Cruise', a perfect route for young people to take a break after exams.
