Cruise Baltic launches the “Guest Experience Standards” tool

After several months of planning by Cruise Baltic's partners, the company has decided to launch its new online tool, 'Guest Experience Standards'.

Baltic Cruise

The main objectives of the 'Guest Experience Standards' tool are twofold: It can be used by the respective destinations as a way to promote their facilities and services and improve the visibility of companies or agencies that want to offer cruises in the Baltic Sea.

Noel Bødker, director of Cruise Baltic, stated: “As far as I know, the creation of this new marketing tool is something entirely new in the industry and reflects our commitment to maximizing the guest experience in all Cruise Baltic destinations. We have tried to focus on what cruise lines and ports expect to offer, and I am confident that the introduction of the Guest Experience Standards will be effective in providing that service. I also believe it will be useful for travel agencies when selling Baltic Sea cruises to their clients.”

The online format is fully optimized for mobile devices and consists of two parts:

  • Each Cruise Baltic destination will showcase the services offered at the pier, port, shops, tourist attractions, and more. To enhance the guest experience, services such as "musical welcome at the pier" and "Wi-Fi access at the airport" are available.
  • A summary table in PDF format showing the services offered by each destination.
