The streets of A Coruña have seen increased activity today due to the disembarkation of more than 8,000 passengers from the three ships that have docked at the port's piers. This first triple port call of the year, featuring the "Ventura" with 3,400 passengers, the "Aida Vita" with 1,150, and the "Rotterdam" with 1,200, plus their crews, has also seen the highest single-day passenger influx of the entire year.
The main streets of the city center are experiencing a significant influx of foreign tourists, mostly British. They will be joined by another 3,500 people traveling aboard the “Amadea” and the “Aida Diva.” With this double stop, the total number of visitors will exceed 11,000 over two days, including passengers and crew from all five cruise ships.
The largest of the three ships, the “Ventura”, arrived from Gibraltar and will head to Southampton. The “Aida Vita” and the “Rotterdam” arrived from the Azores and Cádiz respectively and will sail for Southampton and Falmouth.
