The Cruise Excellence Awards bring together industry representatives each year and are the result of a survey conducted by Cruises News Media Group among cruise passengers and travel agencies.
Winning an award is difficult, but doing so for seven consecutive years is even more so, and Pullmantur Cruises has achieved this feat by winning the 'Excellence Award for Best Crew', presented by Cruises News Media Group. Furthermore, the leading cruise line in Spain has also received the 'Popular Best Company Award', a prize it has won five times.
The Excellence Awards ceremony, held in Cartagena (Murcia), is one of the essential events in the sector and brings together around 200 people including local authorities, representatives of cruise companies, travel agencies, shipping agents, etc.
The Excellence Award for 'Best Crew' recognizes the professionalism of Pullmantur Cruises' employees who strive every day to ensure passengers have the best vacation of their lives aboard our ships. Ultimately, this award celebrates seven years of recognition for one of the cruise line's defining characteristics: its dedicated team and its commitment to excellence in service.
The Human Resources Director of the Pullmantur Group, Encarnación Rute, accepted the award. In her remarks, she noted that this award is“a very special recognition for us, for everyone at the Pullmantur Group, as our crew is our main differentiating factor and something we are very proud of. Their approachability, warmth, friendliness, professionalism, and their big smiles make each and every one of our crew members unique.
