Disney Cruise Line has expanded its dining options at the French specialty restaurant aboard the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy. Remy Restaurant will offer a unique tasting menu, along with a dessert tasting menu and a selection of dishes featuring truffles and caviar.
Remy Tasting Menu
A culinary journey awaits with a six-course tasting menu designed by renowned chefs Arnaud Lallement and Scott Hunnel. Dinner is served at sunset on the first day of the cruise, with each course paired with a different wine. The first course, an appetizer of caviar and champagne, is served in the restaurant's wine cellar. The remainder of the meal unfolds in the main dining room, featuring dishes such as grilled salmon with smoked salmon sauce and Kobe beef with potato gratin.
The Remy tasting menu is priced at $50 per person with wines included.
Pompidou Dessert Tasting
An exclusive event aboard the Disney Fantasy will take us on a journey through the history of desserts. The chef from the Pixar film "Ratatouille" will welcome us and then present six desserts, such as praline with chocolate mousse, raspberry sorbet with vanilla ice cream, and vanilla meringue with strawberries. As each dessert is served, the chef will share interesting facts about its evolution throughout the story.
This experience costs $50 per person.
Truffle Plate Collection
From November to February aboard the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy, the chefs on the Remy celebrate truffle season with a gourmet menu featuring this luxurious ingredient. This menu includes dishes such as potato gnocchi with truffle sauce, lobster with truffle potatoes, and Wagyu beef with truffle vegetables.

Caviar selection
A selection of caviar is offered on the menu at Remy's restaurant on the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy. Options include Osetra caviar, Sevruga caviar, and caviars from France and Russia. All caviars are served with Krug Grande Année Champagne, and prices range from $99 to $360 per ounce.
