Royal Caribbean announced the extension of its 2027-28 Asia-Pacific season, offering adventurers more ways to explore the region's vibrant cityscapes and its most desired island getaways on new itineraries from Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan.
In Australia, the 2027-28 summer season will feature three ships: the newly refurbished Ovation of the Seas from Brisbane, Anthem of the Seas from Sydney, and Voyager of the Seas from both Brisbane and Sydney, before setting sail for Asia on new cruises from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. In Singapore, Navigator of the Seas ’ inaugural season will run through October 2027, offering vacations to some of Southeast Asia’s most sought-after destinations in Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand.

NEW – Ovation of the Seas from Brisbane, Australia
Royal Caribbean's 2027-28 summer season in Australia is gaining momentum with the newly amplified Ovation of the Seas offering vacations from Brisbane.
- Beginning in November 2027, Ovation will offer 3- to 8- night adventures with new experiences, including a refurbished pool deck with Splashaway Bay and private Casitas ; fresh flavors at Izumi Teppanyaki and Giovanni's Italian Kitchen; the tropical cocktail bar Pesky Parrot , an expanded Casino Royale, and the first- of-its-kind Sound Cellar , a place to dance until the early hours.
- From Brisbane, guests can enjoy two 4-night Whitsunday Islands getaways for perfect beach days right on the Queensland coast.
NEW – Voyager of the Seas from Brisbane and Sydney, Australia, plus Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo, Japan
- From October to December 2027, Voyager will offer seven getaways from Brisbane, lasting between 2 and 11 nights, including South Pacific crossings to Mystery Island, Port Vila and Luganville, Vanuatu; and Noumea and Lifou, New Caledonia before a two-night coastal return to Sydney.
- Voyager extends the Australian season with five new holidays in Sydney, along the majestic fjords and iconic landscapes of New Zealand, including a 10-night Christmas holiday visiting Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and the stunning Milford Sound.
- From January to April 2028, Voyager of the Seas will make Asia its home, sailing from Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo with new adventures across the Asia Pacific.
- Guests can enjoy a 5-night cruise from Singapore to Hong Kong or choose from seven 4- and 5-night round-trip getaways from Hong Kong to celebrate Chinese New Year in style, with voyages to Ishigaki and Okinawa, Japan, including select overnight stays that offer more time to discover the island's natural beauty. Additional holidays in Hong Kong include a visit to the bustling city of Taipei, Taiwan, and Hue/Danang (Chan May), Vietnam.
- Starting in late February, Voyager from Tokyo coincide with Japan's iconic cherry blossom season, offering guests a prime opportunity to experience one of the world's most breathtaking natural displays. Vacationers can choose from four immersive 10- to 12-night adventures that combine the beauty of the season with unforgettable discoveries across Japan, including the cityscapes of Osaka and Nagasaki and stunning mountain vistas in Kobe and Mount Fuji (Shimizu).
EXTENDED SEASON – Navigator of the Seas fromSingapore
Royal Caribbean is extending the Singapore season of Navigator of the Seas, giving vacationers from across Asia a full year to experience one of the world's most daring vacations from Singapore.
- Following the ship's inaugural season in Asia, Navigator will have the region as its year-round homeport from October 2026 to October 2027, offering more opportunities than ever to discover Southeast Asia.
- Navigator will offer a year-round program of 2- to 5-night getaways to some of Southeast Asia's most sought-after destinations in Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand, along with an immersive 12-night journey from Tokyo to Singapore.
Reservations for Navigator and Ovation open on August 18. Voyager vacations open on August 25 .
