Emerald Cruises & Tours has unveiled one of its most significant expansions to date, adding two new departures for November 2026 of the "13-Day Seychelles and Indian Ocean Adventure" itinerary aboard the Emerald Kaia.
With a capacity for only 128 passengers, the Emerald Kaia combines the exclusivity of a boutique yacht with immersive destination experiences, allowing you to discover hidden lagoons, remote coral atolls, historic Swahili settlements and spectacular marine ecosystems of the Indian Ocean, all accompanied by the comfort, personalized service and all-inclusive regime that characterize Emerald Cruises & Tours.
The Emerald Kaia can access secluded anchorages and small ports throughout the Seychelles archipelago, bringing travelers closer to the heart of the destination rather than simply sailing along its coasts. The route will link Mahé (Seychelles) and Mombasa (Kenya), with stops at some of the most spectacular locations in the Indian Ocean, including La Digue, Praslin, Farquhar Atoll, Aldabra Atoll, Kilwa Kisiwani, Mafia Island, Zanzibar, and Mombasa.
Throughout the journey, passengers will be able to discover virtually untouched tropical islands, UNESCO World Heritage sites, the history and culture of East Africa, coral reefs, unique wildlife, crystal-clear lagoons, world-famous beaches, the Swahili legacy, and the extraordinary biodiversity of the Indian Ocean.
The program includes activities such as snorkeling among coral reefs, encounters with giant turtles, walks through ancient island settlements and visits to markets full of spices.
Comprising 115 islands scattered across the Indian Ocean, the Seychelles archipelago is renowned for its stunning granitic islands, crystal-clear waters, protected marine reserves, and extraordinary biodiversity. Many of these islands remain completely uninhabited, preserving a virtually untouched natural environment.
