Marella Cruises extends the suspension of its operations to July 30

Marella Cruises has extended the suspension of its fleet operations for another month, until July 30, due to the uncertainty surrounding the resumption of international travel as a result of the evolution of COVID-19.

In a statement, the line reports: "TUI UK and Ireland confirm today that due to ongoing travel restrictions, they are extending the cancellation of all Marella Cruises sailings until July 30, 2020."

All customers whose bookings are affected will receive a refund credit with an incentive of up to 20% or can request a cash refund of their holiday package via an online form on the TUI website. All customers will receive their refund credit within four weeks of their original departure date; customers who booked through the TUI or First Choice website or app will be able to modify their booking online.

"Due to the uncertainty regarding travel restrictions, customers with bookings for departures before the end of August will be able to change their holidays without making any payment until closer to their new departure date.".
