Madrid, April 3, 2020 - Pullmantur Cruises has decided to extend the suspension of its cruise operations globally until May 29 and hopes to resume operations from May 30, 2020.
This decision has been made as a result of the evolution of the COVID-19 outbreak and is aligned with the recommendations and measures implemented by different governments, international health organizations, the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) as well as by the Group to which Pullmantur Cruises belongs, in order to contain the spread of the new coronavirus.
For Pullmantur Cruises, the safety and well-being of its passengers and crew members is always its top priority.
Customers affected by the cancellation of their cruise will be offered a voucher for the amount already paid to the company, as well as onboard credit to enjoy on their next vacation.
Pullmantur Cruises deeply regrets this exceptional situation and hopes that the various initiatives activated will contribute to stopping the spread of COVID-19 and allow us to return to normal as soon as possible
