Costa Cruises has appointed Raffaele D'Ambrosio as the company's new Managing Director for Spain and Portugal. In his new role, his main objectives will be to continue strengthening the company's leading position in the Iberian Peninsula and to work with a young, established, and talented team to generate new and exciting growth opportunities.
To achieve this, it will strengthen its already close relationship with all partners, with the aim of identifying and creating new opportunities for long-term mutual benefit between Costa and its most strategic partners.

With over 10 years of experience at Accenture, Raffaele D'Ambrosio joined Costa Crociere in 2008, holding various senior positions at headquarters, such as Business Excellence Director and Director of Strategic Projects, reporting directly to the CEO. Prior to his arrival in Spain, Raffaele served as Managing Director in France, where his vision, passion, and experience in strategic business development provided crucial added value to the company's growth in that market.
Raffaele was born in 1972 and has two children. He speaks several languages and is passionate about travel, running, and customer service.
