Costa Cruises and Iberia Airlines have renewed and expanded their agreement, offering direct flights from Madrid to the departure ports of the cruise line's most popular itineraries. The agreement was signed at the International Tourism Fair (FITUR), which is being held in Madrid until January 24.
“Our obsession is quality and excellence, the satisfaction of our customers. We strive to offer them the best product and ensure they enjoy a comfortable and unforgettable experience, even before they board,” says María Jesús García, General Manager of Costa Cruises in Spain and Portugal. “The successful relationship with Iberia demonstrates our commitment to the Spanish market and our positioning as an innovative and pioneering brand.”.
For air connections, Costa has renewed and expanded its contract with Iberia Airlines for 2016, incorporating new routes operated by charter and scheduled flights. Costa passengers will now have access to direct flights from Madrid to the ports of Bari, Trieste, and Hamburg, with the convenience of not having to worry about luggage, as Costa takes care of everything. These new destinations complement the existing network established through previous agreements with Iberia, which includes Venice, Stockholm, and Rostock (for departures from Warnemünde, Germany), among other destinations.
